We are currently looking for a highly motivated OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE who is eager to learn, earn, help power our growth and be a part of our rapidly growing team. This is an initial sales opportunity that can lead to advancement.

 

DUTIES:

 

• Outside sales with no territory limitations

• Prospecting through cold calling and canvasing

• Self-sourcing, networking externally and partnering with key team members within the local affiliate markets are required to drive new business for the company.

• Conduct presentations using consultative selling for our suite of products and services

• Build and maintain monthly pipelines

• Manage client portfolio with exceptional service during and after the saleCreate reseller and referral relationships to increase sales

• Become knowledgeable of all products, services.

 

 

DESIRED SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

 

• Experienced in all aspects of the sales cycle

• Proven outside or field sales experience with a track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals

• Ability to self-source own leads through a combination of cold-calling and networking

• Ability to conduct both phone and face-to-face prospecting

• Personality to build trust and rapport with clients

• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, relationship building and presentation skillsStrongly self-motivated with a drive to succeed

• Strong work ethic and self-disciplinePC literate with Microsoft Office Suite experience

• Business to business (B2B) sales experience preferred

• Previous experience in Marketing & Sales in the industry a plus

• Candidates must have reliable transportation

 

COMPENSATION:

 

• Activation bonus per account

• Monthly volume bonuses

• Commission on leasing, rentals, and sales

• On going vested residual earnings
